To start a return, simply contact our support team at enquiries@apollothrone.com within 7 days of receiving your chair. We’ll guide you through the return process and arrange pickup if needed. Please ensure the chair is repacked in its original packaging and condition.
Yes, the original packaging is required for all returns. It ensures the chair is adequately protected during transit and helps prevent damage. Returns sent without original packaging may be rejected or subject to a partial refund if the product is damaged in transit.
Once we receive your returned chair, we’ll inspect it within 2–3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly. Depending on your payment method and bank, the funds typically appear in your account within 7-14 business days.
